Ok, My sister moved out, and left the laptop behind, but she didn't give me the password for the administrator account, (she wont give it at all) their are 2 accounts on the laptop, 1) admin rights & 2) an account with no admin rights.

I have tryed going through safe mode to goto the super admin account, but it doesn't work.

Does anyone here, know how I can remove her pass or anything that will make me able to make another admin rights account on the laptop?
