That color brown is a color of brown which is bound to their logo/image. People associate that color brown with that service which might be pretty damn good in their eyes. When an other company uses that color of brown in almost the same way it might trick people into thinking it is somewhat the same. So I acutally find this pretty reasonable to some degree.
