So yeah, Nimphiouus would like to be unbanned. He reckons he won't be a prick, it could be beneficial also to have another active member... I say give him a chance. Why not?

Anyway, I'm gonna go out on a limb and vouch for him. He already has access to TMS (thru guest I imagine), why not give him the ability to post? I understand he had been warned, but if I am correct, Mave never banned him until now... And now he's asking to come back.

How about probation? For example, if he fucks up even in the slightest, then he's gone again.
