Train crashes to a car in Argentina

I would like to note that cars passing with the train coming by is normal in some parts of buenos aires, sadly i couldn't get the note from America 24 (a channel) which was way more detailed and showed the afterwards of the crash

Well, the barrier (it's not a barrier, but i forgot the name, anyways the thing that blocks cars from passing) is overloaded cause it's like really old, thus by it being down even if a train is stopped in the station near-by, so that's a problem, and some people can't stand it, and in some cases they might rob the guy in the car (at night and it has to be a really fucked up place) so they get used to passing, to fight this, they have people with a whistle that say when a train is coming, but in this case there was no one on to do that.
