Sued and moving

The fucking dickheads i have for landlords sued us for 2,000 dollars, we have to appeal the case in court and we're getting evicted from the property within 3 days.

I will NOT be online within this period.

My bad luck streak continues...once again.


I spent 12 hours last night trying to recover something i worked on for 6 months and spent over 200$ on.

Some Chinese-Austrailian owns my game account now -.-
 
On the form the constible sent over it says "Failure to pay rent"

We called the landlord 3 times trying to make out payment arrangements and they REFUSED now they're suing us for NOT PAYING even though we TRIED to work out something.

One word that describes them.. NOOBS.

Also, in Australia, you are given 2 weeks notice for evictions. (AFAIK)
 
Let me be honest. If I rent space for someone who is going past their payment times and trying to get better arrangements (on their side of course) for the payment schedules, I most likely will get them evicted as well and demand the money back. That in case I've had previous bad experience with them.
 
Andre, they stop accepting checks and refused to accept money orders.

I didn't mean LOWER payments or something like that, THE PAYMENT METHOD.


You don't even know what HELL I've been through in this fucking house.


The landlords have NEVER made one improvement in the entire house the entire time we've lived here, and they can get away with it because we're out of city limits and they know the entire dam town.

Next time don't speak harshly against me unless you know the entire story >.>
