Negotiations have failed, let's kick his back window in and make him barrel roll outside of the car.

Fuck that, I'm glad my country has regulations in regards to pursuits, I mean you cant shoot people like that.

Oh I didn't think of that, however, I know Africans are far crazier than Russians for example... I heard that a few suburbs away one macheted his wife because... well.... she refused to cook him dinner. And in African culture, the wife must do as they are told else be exposed to physical voilence. It's also beleived that the husbands purchase their wifes with cow's.
 
I've seen this video before but my reaction has always been awesome to this priceless chase video. I imagine the cops probably were like "fuck I was just finishing my coffee" and then wanted to get done with it quickly.
 
I'd love to be a cop in South Africa (only for epic chases like this though.)
