[SOLVED]Fuckin.. I just broke my dell insprion 1525's keyboard

I was cleaning it with alcohol and it doesn't work anymore...

That might actually work though.

I've had keyboards not work after cleaning with water, but they work the next day... Idunno about alcohol though.. :S

I called my cousin... he knows more about hardware then i do...

He told me to shut it down, remove the batery and unplug it.

Then wait 2 hours and it'll work fine.. hopefully

Anyways, i took it to my cousin's, who has all the tools and crap to open the dell up

The serial date of the keyboard got wiped due to so much alcohol

He is trying to dry the keyboard right now.. if that doesn't work, i'll have to buy a $80 keyboard :S

Just get a really cheap smart-sized keyboard (USB) and connect it to the laptop if everything else fails
