Bank robber. Got me a guy fawkes mask, a bullet proof vest, some rubber surgical gloves, combat boots and tactical pants.

Better idea: Actually rob a bank on halloween with that costume, and get some friends dressed as cops to show up (before they call the real cops) and 'arrest' the criminal. Profit for all.
