Recommend a good Digital Camera?

Well I really need one since my cousins are going to come over. Up till now I was using a big Nikon D200 still camera... which is really big to carry around..

I have had Sony Cybershot cameras, but if anyone else has had good experience with cameras, recommend me one ?

Btw it needs to be under $100 (about 80 euros) Thanks =D
