It's chipped, so I can basicly download any game from TPB, burn it in a DVD and play it.

I never got around to chipping mine, which I deeply regret.

I bought it chipped for around $200 a few years ago. It was a really small store and there were atleast 20 people each day trying to buy one. This was right before the release of the PS3
