Get some long metal nails, a hammer, water and a defibrillator. Now hook up the defibrillator to the person's heart, throw some water over the heart area as well for some good conduction. Also, you should tie the person in question to the chair. Now you ram the metal nails under the fingernails with the provided hammer. The nails should now be underneath his fingernails. This should give the person so much pain that the heart will actually stop beating due to the amount of suffering. Now you just shock the person with the defibrillator and the process can start again, until the body gives in and the person dies.
