Ok, so I know how to open ports, but when i do, the port checking website says I don't have it open. I have done this several times, so I know what I'm doing. But my question is, do I need to open ports on a wired connection? Or are all connections accepted on a wired connection?

So, yeah. I need to open ports on a wired connection, anyone know how?

Here are my settings:

When I try to add CUSTOM ports in the 192.168.1.65 computer, it says An Unknown error occurred.. ::

Oh hmm
Mine looks totally different, I have a menu with all the ports, 7777 is set for SA-MP for example.

Depends on your ISP. If your ISP allows data through all ports then you can configure them from your router configuration. On a wired connection - open unless closed by default by ISP as far as I understand. I was on a direct wired connection too once.

And to see which one from the list is your computer check out your "ipconfig /all" and it should be there as "Host name" I think (for me "Andre-PC")

Ok thanks, I checked and mine is Aman-PC. But for some reason the ports wont open. Resetting my router was a bad mistake

Just let someone else host the server or whatever is it that you are trying to allow? :sir:
