I've swam in water much like that, just off the shore of Hope Island in Ontario :E

The water is CRYSTAL Clear, I'd say even more so than that, since in that picture the deep water isn't really clear at all, but at Hope island you can see right to the bottom (It's about 30 feet deep, or 9 meters)
