A man is suing the makers of Monster Energy Drink after claiming he found parts of a dead mouse at the bottom of his can.
Vitaliy Sulzhik had downed the energy drink shortly after buying it, only to feel 'debris' in his mouth as he finished the can.
The 19-year-old inspected the bottom of his drink and saw the tip of a mouse tail sitting at the bottom.

He has now filed a lawsuit against the American producers of the energy drink after saying he 'vomited everywhere' as soon as he made the grim discovery in March last year.
Mr Sulzhik,from Federal Way, Washington, said he had bought the Monster can from a Fred Meyer U.S. supermarket in Des Moines, Iowa.
He said: 'I put it down and I felt it was still heavy. So I backwashed it and all this debris went into my mouth.

'Then I looked in the can and I saw the tip of the tail and I vomited everywhere.
'Anytime anyone talks about monster, I just get that sick feeling in my stomach.
Sulzhik's legal representative, Reed Yurchak, sent the can to MDE Inc, a Seattle-based forensics company, to cut open the can and inspect the dead rodent.
Mr Sulzhik has been unable to drink anything from a can in the year since the incident, he said.
They conducted a series of forensic tests on behalf of his client, and Monster's insurance company.
X-rays and autopsies revealed the mouse suffered no trauma from a mouse trap and had not been killed with poison.

The grim find was sent to forensics in Seattle for further testing, with Monster's makers refusing to believe Mr Sulzhik's claim
There was no indication that the mouse had been killed then forced through the can's opening.
Mr Yurchak said: 'You hear these wild stories out there. Sure, you're a little skeptical at first, but everything has checked out.'
Hansen Beverage Company, the makers of Monster, would not comment when contacted by phone.
Mr Yurchak said that the firm are aware of the findings, but refuse to believe his client's story.
