Help me please :scanner:

Obviously it needs to have a good video card, and 4GB RAM or more.
Full HD would also be nice.
OS: W7 ...
15inch or 17inch, nothing bigger, nothing smaller.

No HP please :/

From what you people suggest I'll probably buy a new one :)

Here's a site that WaFFLe gave me. Pretty good IMO.

Configure for yourself: http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/laptop-computers/

I chose the 500-1000GBP budget and I configured something like an 15.6" Enigma i7

CPU: Intel Core i7 Mobile CPU i7-620M (2.66GHz) 4MB Cache
RAM: 4GB Samsung 1333MHz SODIMM DDR3 Memory (1x4GB)
Graphics Card: 1GB ATI Raedon HD 5650 PCI Express - DirectX 11
Memory - HDD: 250GB Serial ATA II 2.5" Hard Drive 8MB Cache 5.400RPM

With Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit (Incl. DVD + Licence)

All that for £887.00 inc VAT which is like 1,075.42 EUR

=D

^ That one seems really nice.

Yep, it also has a fingerprint scanner I never heard of:
In a time where security is king, you can't get much more secure than having a biometric fingerprint scanner integrated onto your laptop!

Save time inputting passwords when logging onto your Microsoft® Windows® operating system by simply stroking your finger over the scanner, which will instantly log you in.

Also useful for other applications, which means you don't have to keep records of all your passwords - they're right on the end of your finger wherever you go!

:wow:

Thanks for the suggestions, M1Rc

I also looked at the new Sony Vaio F series, they look nice too ::3:

Fingerprint scanners for laptops are so 2004 and they can't be really used to insert any sorts of passwords or anything unless the site supports that sort of software which it of course won't. Unless you want to keep your data really secure you don't need the scanner and keep in mind that the scanner can be easily fooled specially if it is a cheap hardware piece built into a laptop, they cracked it once in MythBusters. It would be more worthy if Windows actually came with software which would help you protect folders with fingerprint scanning but it is for booting up or user accounts only.

M1Rc's suggestion is way better than Sony Vaio F series,

The custom made on has much faster Cpu and better Graphics card^^

Glad I helped
Also, they have "Free Standard UK Delivery on all Orders!". I don't know about EU orders tho... Maybe if you really want to buy it I will leave a message to the live support asking that.

I'll first make money, actually buying the laptop will be at the end of August or so.
