Yep you can, OR you can do what I'm doing currently and make your own theme by getting a bunch of themes you like (for different parts, such as the icon set, a keyboard, etc) and put them all together then customize the parts you want to be your own (Such as the icons and the background)

I'm customizing the icons, music player, and wallpaper/dock for mine
