I finally decided to use WordPress for TMS, you can follow the development here, http://themavesite.com/content/ -> http://themavesite.com/wp/

This is also the correct topic to share your opinion about it, give suggestions, ...

So do I, this is going to take a while, I have to put everything that's on TMS in here, I have to create links, find a way to add ads, figure out what to put where, use permalinks, ...

I'm still doubting, or this will be themavesite.com OR themavesite.com will have a few options (themavesite main site, themavesite forums, sa-fe site, sa-fe forums, sa-mp market)
 
Finally! use Wordpress all community sites uses wordpress & forums!!
 
Community sites use portals. So what about a small portal? Does SMF have one, or is there a mod?
 
Don't replace the home page with WordPress just add a link to it on the home page.
 
The homepage right now looks much better and WordPress just gives websites a depressing feel. :huh:

I don't share the opinion that 'wordpress gives a depressed feeling', but I will follow your advice, and will not have this as themavesite.com, I will make a 'make your selection' there
 
* Updated the design

-> From Red to Blue

-> Took the background into photoshop, and gave it a good edit

* Managed to find the perfect swf embed code for wordpress (wasn't easy.. ><)
