How to bypass Microsoft Account creation during Windows 11 installation

This used to be really complicated and annoying. Now however there's a quick and easy fix.

1. Boot the new PC for the first time.
2. As soon as you can type SHIFT+F10 (to open up command)
3. Type start ms-cxh:localonly
4. You'll now be able to create a local account
