How to block limewire?

My sister is using limewire for music, and it slows down the internet for me, I told her to use youtube but she won't, and limewire uploads (seeds?) when it's open, so if I uninstall the program is there a way to block her from downloading it again?

You could try to limit the upload speed/sharing speed in the Limiwre config to 1kb/s or so. That should do the trick. She will still be able to download, but won't upload a thing. If that doesn't help you could try limiting the download speed if it is possible.
I actually don't have a clue if this is even possible, but you could try to look for it xD

EDIT: It is possible, just go to options --> advanced
there you'll find it if you'd like to do it like this.

Uncheck that box,

And...

Removing all those files will ensure that the files downloaded before you unchecked that box are not shared on the P2P network. Hope it helped
