Here in Finland you have to pay to get channels like Nickelodeon, so that's why I've never seen that show or any others what were in that kind of TV channels.

WTF?!?!?!?

Yawn... Germany has 3 channels which have almost no ads and are sponsored by the country. All others are

a.) Financed by ads like Nickelodeon, Viva etc.
b.) PayTV like MTV, Sky (Premiere) etc.
You still have to pay GEZ. No matter if you have a radio, a television, anything, you have to pay GEZ.

I didn't watch Nickelodeon because our Receiver didn't have it in the programs list.
