Haitian Presidential Palace collapses during earthquake 2010

They actually had surveillance cameras, wow. But no architectural requirements on buildings and construction laws. Well if they thought about what might happen in 2010 a few decades back the losses would be significantly smaller. I'm not implying that I care much for Haiti, for some reason I just don't :S
