This mod is glorious. It also unloads Los Santos when you travel to IV.
It's basically IV in V in the most complete and perfect way imaginable.

1. Download GTA5 from steam, Rockstar games, epic,
2. Download the LC files (you have three options, FIVEM, Singleplayer, Singleplayer HD)
3. Download ScriptHookV (https://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/)
4. Open up the Bin folder from the script hook download and install only the Dinput8 and ScripthookV file into the main directory of GTA5 installed.
5. Now download OpenIV. (https://openiv.com/)
6. Install and setup for Grandtheftauto 5
7. Go to the tools on the top left and open up ASI manager and install the 3 that pop up
8. From there you should NOW have a mods folder (great)
9. Go into the Tools again. Head down to “Package Installer” and then select it
10. MAKE SURE TO INSTALL TO YOUR MODS FOLDER, NOT GAME!
11. Open up the PART 1 file of LC and do this step every single PART.
12. Launch GTA5. (Should say world Travel on corner of screen)
13. When in GAME. Press F11 and it should transport you to LC, or go to the blip marker at lsia.

Installing the mod now, hopefully it'll run without any problems.
The only hassle so far is installing all the packages manually one by one.
