Grand Theft Auto IV - Vice City Rage - Public Beta Gameplay

You can't enter other islands. Map looks crap (IMO). Can't use trainers. Can't use the video editor and you have to use their launcher.
Sounds great.
 
I don't really see the point. Pretty much all it does is make explosions look nice. Not even the textures or models have been upgraded.
Plus, The VC engine probably runs better than IV.
 
Yeah, only the physics and effects are changed... I tried the SA one, but it wasn't really fun because it was still in beta with glitches.
