Fraps can record your desktop with NO lag!

The new Fraps 3.0.3 can record your desktop with no lag at all. Yes no lag. Just like high-end PCs can record games with no lag
All you have to do is, enable the "Benchmark" on the desktop like this: (this will display the FPS meter on the desktop corner, just like games.)

And press your Video Recording key!:

Note: This does make the video file BIG. My 8 second video was 250mb, but you can always run it through Windows Movie Maker and get like a 50mb file in HD

A whole new level to screencasting!

I'll upgrade my fraps soon, but I'll stick with camtasia when it comes to desktop recording.

Camtasia is great too, but it has some lag.. (for me at least)
I will be using this from now
