Well, you can't get everything. Tbh, having an actual flying car is impractical, it would be too expensive to maintain and drive (imagine having to fill up on rocket fuel every week...)
Plus, wtf would be the point?
Unless a practical way to vertically take off is invented, you'd still need a runway.

There is already a flying car invented as far as I know. It's called the Moller Skycar.. It has vertical take-off and landing, but it uses inefficient fuel, and is very unstable. And it has a size of a normal car

Afaik, the Moller Skycar was never completed and there is no practical vertical takeoff for a flying car yet. All current vertical takeoff methods require the use of both high-powered motors and a lot of fuel, not to mention the fact that the current vertical takeoff apparatus's are huge in comparison to cars. Also, they make A LOT of noise, which isn't ideal for a flying car either. Imagine waking up at 6AM each morning to the loud sounds of motors when your neighbors leave to go to work.

I don't know how true this is, but there is a crane in the back. But it is said that it was there for a failsafe so the approximately 50 million dollar car wont be destroyed..
And yes, you're right, it is loud as hell, that's also one of the reasons its not mass produced
