Difficult choice !

Hello guys it's 23:59 here and I have to make a choice !

I want to buy a PS3 but I also need a new television !

How about this one :

LCD

What is the difference between LCD and PLASMA :s ?

BTW I'm 16 years old and I work hard, I have like 500€ + 140€ + 120€ :tongue: !!


And I don't have the PS3 now so - 350€
 
DONT DO PLASMA.

Plasma TVs are bad for anything other than TV or movies. They get whats called "Burn in" where the image essensially gets "Stuck" on the screen and you get a ghostly outline of whatever was there on top of what you are trying to see.



Out of those 2 LCDs I would probably say the samsung because
A) Nicer Design
B) Seems to have more features
C) It's not much more expensive than the other one :P

I have a plasma connected to my pc and its fine =D
 
@GPow the plasma burn-in thing only appears when you are for example constantly watching the same network (for example CNN) then after a month or so, the CNN logo will be burned in. But still it isn't good.

Oh this is like if I'm playing gta 4 for example, then the radar will be burned in :fool3: loool !
 
Still LCD is the way to go for gaming. (And it's cheaper in your case

Even if the image is only on the screen for like 30 seconds it can still get ghosted a bit. Trust me, I have a plasma.
