The first in-game teaser from the eagerly-anticipated Dead Island™, 'Tragedy Hits Paradise', to whet gamers appetite before the full E3 trailer in June. The short teaser, created by Buddha Jones, introduces the beautiful holiday isle of Banoi, whose stunning vistas and lush foliage serve as the location for a brutal fight for survival against a zombie outbreak.

No lol. Source, at this stage, will never look like this with any customization; not even in trailers.

The zombies have fully-modelled layers of meat and muscle rendered onto their bodies, meaning they have a multi-layered damage system with real-time injuries.

I don't think Source can achieve that.

TF2 somehow managed to get around that. Especially if you play HL2, it fucking sucks. Or Portal ;_;
