That happens to me when FRAPS is trying to split the videos into parts D: When ever the part switches it lags a bit :/

Not possible D: There is no option to stop that. FRAPS sees the drive as a FAT32 format, which has a 4GB file limit, so if someone has less space they can easily transfer it. Imo this shouldn't be happening since no one really has a 4GB drive... I believe it was set when FRAPS first came out which was a long time ago :/
