I tried to get out of my computers with my headphones on and basicly, now they give the sound when you have it almost plugged in (half way thru), if you do put it half way thru though, they work fine

How can i fix it?! D:

Buy new headphones.

Buy new x is a solution to EVERYTHING =D

I also had this. Try plugging it all the way then slowly rotate the jack inside until you get the desired sound

Maybe you could try to attach a working plug from broken ear/head-phones.

Okay, I will show you how to change the plug. YOu need some skills, but shouldnt be hard.

1. Cut off the plug.
2.Get a Soldering Gun.
3. Cut off the plug from working headphones with some cable left on, i.e. some from the Mickey Mouse magazine or w/e.
4. Deisolate a bit.
5. Go over the strings with your Soldering Gun a bit. This will remove the layer of lack on it preventing short circuits.
6. Braze them onto the strings of the new plug. THIS STEP IS IMPORTANT. If you fail, you fail.

Wait a bit and try to stabilize it

I just broke my Genuine Apple Earphones from DealExtreme :/

Luckily I ordered new ones 2 weeks ago, so they should arrive tomorrow normally :)
Speaking of timing..
