Bosch interviews Stokes but let's him go as he's not convinced he's the killer.
Waits attempts another murder but the victim gets away, this obviously frustrates him. Later he kills his mother.
Julia doesn't like Bosch's truth about the firearm incident. He won't lie for her.
Bosch and Edgar visit the orphanage where both he and Waits spent time in their childhood.
My opinion and thoughts
Waits obsession with Bosch takes another level. I'm actually happy Waits character is gone, she was annoying as fuck. Also their "French" was pathetic.
