Blur vs Split Second

So these games are pretty similar, which one is better and what are your views on them?

T[/media]ough Choice for me, Blur looks awesome because it's at night and everything is all lit up like neon (the powerups) and it looks really awesome, but SS looks really fun and promising too.[/url]

I'll have to go with split second with thise one. Mainly because it is something new. Never played something like that before, while with Blur on the other hand...
Blur imo is just like mario kart, but then with different power ups and tracks. There are already so many racing games which really use power ups like that.

I played the demo of Split Second on PS3... Looks nice... But I like Blur better... Why? Because it has cooler "powerups" and better (IMO) gameplay.

Sorry for the bump, but I actually played them both, and I gotta say Split Second ftw.

I like Blur better from the looks of it because a lot of it's at night (I love racing at night), and I like the glow effect they put on a lot of stuff in the game

But I've never played either so I can't really decide
