Battlefield 3: New Details Revealed

PC Gamer got their hands on a pile of new information about Battlefield 3. Here are the big highlights from the article.

* DICE has placed their main focus on the PC version of the game.
* Multiplayer in the PC version will support up to 64 players.
* Multiplayer in the console version will support up to 24 players.
* Expect character customization similar to Bad Company 2 with more unlocks.
* There will be four classes in the multiplayer mode.
* Kill cams and some sort of theater mode are on the table.
* Online co-op for the single player campaign is confirmed.

Yay! All games imo should be made for PC, then toned down for Consoles. Not the other way around. Good to hear DICE is doing this.

PC gaming is (imo) on a slow rise, soon to be getting more and more popular faster. The YouTube Machinima community is starting to get more and more directors that are interested in and uploading PC gameplay, and a lot of the gaming community is influenced by these people nowadays (all the kids watching commentaries etc) so they're gonna want PCs instead of consoles when their fave commentator won't stop talking about how amazing PC is (Like CaptainSparklez is doing xD)
