Lmfao, that was what I was gonna reply when I first saw the title... But where is all that "Up'n'Down" simulation coming from... He isn't flying the F1 car, is he? ;_;

EDIT: Oh, are they for brakes/acceleration feeling simulation? Cause that's the only thing that can explain it...
 
Seems like it's a speed bike simulator to me, the motions are a bit extreme to be a car
