Somebody calculated how long it takes to get from the bottom of the map to the top. Using Raul's car speed. It takes 12-15 minutes. GTA V is only 5 mins. Hopefully your car slows down on grass/dirt as well (unless an offroad vehicle). Breaks immersion for me in V when I'm driving 200km/h...
