This guy has leaked a ton of content. The question is: is this legit or is it an incredibly detailed fan fiction? He put a lot of work in this, that's for sure.

Title: GTA VI LEAK
Content:
I’m sure everyone’s more than tired of these supposed “GTA VI” leaks. I work for an independent marketing company who specialises in marketing AAA games and software. For the past eighteen months, our team has been consulting and working with Rockstar Games for their next major title, Grand Theft Auto VI. This was a dream come true for me. I’ve been a fan of the GTA series since GTA 2, so to be able to work with them has been incredible. Over the past 18 months, as more of the game, script and concept has been developed, I’ve become aware of more and more content and story elements that I cannot wait to share. I understand there’s no way I can realistically prove any of this without jeopardizing myself and my employers, so of course ask as many questions as you can and I’ll do my best to answer what I know. Even though I know what I know, I understand everybody reading this is just going off my word, so please take this with a grain of salt, as you should any rumors. That being said, I’ve read many supposed “leaks” recently. Some of them are strikingly close to what I’m aware of in some elements, and many are clearly just attention seeking bullshit. But anyway, I digress. Using a throwaway for obvious reasons. Much of the script, plot and features in the game were presented to my company. Most of which I personally was not aware of, but have come to be aware by word of mouth, so, as I am, take it with a little pinch of salt. That being said, much of the story and features I’m aware of have been backed up by various reports and meetings, suggesting to me that much of what I’ve heard is in fact true.
Firstly, I just want to clear up something that’s not heavily discussed. The title. From my experience working with dozens of companies, developers usually have internal code names for big projects. However, our team was given the title “Grand Theft Auto VI”. So I 100% believe this is what the final game will be called.
Once again, the story revolves around three playable characters; Ricardo, Kacey and Rose.
The story begins at a far slower pace than most their other titles. Each playable character is unlocked one after the other, not dissimilar to GTA V, though without the prologue.
You begin the game as Ricardo. A low level Cuban drug smuggler nearing middle age, based in Vice City. The first act revolves solely around Ricardo. Throughout the first act, Ricardo engages in petty smuggling for a large Hispanic organization, whom he’s been rolling with for years. It’s business as usual, attacking rival smugglers, evading police and getting out of tricky set ups. At some point during the first act, Ricardo kills a police captain and husband of the third protagonist, Rose. This prompts Ricardo to be outlawed from his organization with a price on his head, forcing him to go into hiding. You cannot play as Ricardo during this time.
The second act focuses solely on the second playable protagonist, Kacey. A petty criminal based in Carcer City. Kacey is the youngest protagonist in the GTA series, in his early 20s. The second act takes place across Carcer City and Liberty State. Kacey has a ferocious temper than often gets him into trouble. Over the next act, you work with multiple gangs and low level criminals. Little Jacob from GTA IV makes an appearance, but is a far larger player in the criminal underworld in this title. GTA VI. Frustrated at his inability to move up in the criminal hierarchy, mixed with some poor decisions and betrayals, Kacey forms a rivalry with the Yardies gang, headed by Little Jacob (referred to only as “Jacob Hughes” in this title). After recruiting a small crew of old acquaintances, Kacey and his crew engage in small battles with the Yardies, set on bringing them down and eventually taking their place as the kings of Broker. However, plans go awry and many of Kacey’s friends are killed. The police intercept Kacey and he is sent to a federal prison.
Act three takes us back to Vice City, with events taking place before the start of the game. Ricardo and his crew are engaging in the same shenanigans they were up to prior to the first act. Eventually, word comes down from the top that one of the incarcerated leaders of their organization (who’s name I am not aware of) is being transported to Cottonmouth penitentiary, and Ricardo is one of the soldiers ordered to hijack the prison bus. As the break is happening, a cutscene shows Kacey in the back of the bus. During the the ensuing gunfight between Ricardo’s organization and the police, Kacey takes his opportunity to flee the scene. This is the first time the game presents the player with the option of switching between characters. This is done differently than GTA V. Instead, the camera very quickly zooms across the streets to the location of the character you’re switching to. It’s a bit of a slower process than GTA V when characters are far away from each other. Throughout the rest of the mission, the player can switch between Ricardo in the gunfight and during the escape, and Kacey fleeing the scene without being caught. The stealth mechanics are one of the points Rockstar drove home with this time, so expect them to be greatly improved.
Up until this point in the game, the story has not been linear, switching between different points in time. I’m unsure at what time exactly the story up until here takes place, but from the point Ricardo goes into hiding (with Kacey having been long on the run) it’s 2023.
Jumping back to this time. Kacey has been on the run for a long time, surviving by stealing and holding up stores. Ricardo is in hiding from his former organization and is wanted by the police for the murder of the captain. Ricardo has been getting by from his savings, but has recently had to resort to holding up gas stations and small stores to survive.
Somehow, the two have a run in and decide to work together. The hostile dynamic between the two is said to be very entertaining. For the best portion of the game, the two stick up joints to survive, and the player can freely switch between the two. There is no formal structure to how the must be played out. As long as you get the money and escape alive, how it goes down is completely dynamic and up to the player. As people come into the stores, etc. the player must stop them calling the police (for an easier escape) and can even rob the civilians of their wallets for a higher take.
Eventually the police become onto the duo and make a move on their safehouse. During the shootout, Lieutenant Rose, widow of the captain killed by Ricardo, is taken hostage by Kacey. After an undefined amount of time in hiding with the kidnapped Lieutenant, she develops a relationship with Ricardo.
After some story events unfold, Rose is released and Ricardo and Kacey start robbing bigger and bigger targets, no longer just to survive, but also to thrive. Kacey has dreams of becoming the king of Liberty City, and Ricardo has dreams of being the biggest cartel kingpin in the continent. But for their dreams to come true they need money.
Switch to Rose at the police station. She’s leading a briefing on the events she lived through. Unbeknownst to her colleagues, she and Ricardo are engaging in a secret love affair. Rose, being the smartest of the trio, secretly helps Ricardo and Kacey plan heists and evade the law, all whilst leading the force dedicated to finding them. Rose is the most wealthy of the trio, receiving a large regular salary every in game month, as well as living in a nice house on the outskirts of Vice City. You are now free to switch between all three characters for the remainder of the game. The three go about their ways. Rose catching bad guys, helping R&K whilst all the while hunting them down.
As Rose, lots of side activities are available. There’s a serial killer on the loose in Vice City that Rose and her team can track down (this is more of an Easter egg that can be solved through good police work and smart thinking than a direct activity). She can patrol the streets, arresting criminals, etc., she is the only character with access to the in game stock market (that’s far more fleshed out that GTA V’s, with more dynamic variables, less easily exploited and even dividend options for long term investments).
At this point, the game’s main focus switches to Rose. There are little activities available for R&K besides odd stranger and freaks jobs (which are not marked out on the map this time) and other ways to make small amounts of money and build up contacts.
It’s also worth noting that unlike previous titles, the heists in GTA VI will only fail if Rose, Ricardo or Kacey are killed. Otherwise, it doesn’t matter whether the score is successful and you leave millionaires or you chicken out and leave empty handed, there are no direct checkpoints that you must complete to advance the game. You can only play the heist through once, and what you leave with is what you leave with. You plan the heist in depth, using the contacts you’ve created, and how it plays out is completely based on your decisions and your crew.
The endings seemed far less agreed upon then the rest of the game, but rumour has it that all three characters survive, with Rose becoming Captain, Ricardo eventually building up his own drug empire and Kacey moving back to Carcer City to fulfil this goals. Kacey ends up patching things up with the Yardies and becoming a player in Liberty City.
It’s said that there will be more to do than any other Rockstar title upon completion than ever before. And unlike their other titles, unless you do particularly well in the stock markets and heists, you don’t end the main story ridiculously rich. In fact, Ricardo and Kacey are rather broke by the end of the game, but should have all the resources necessary for the players to work hard and build up wealth for themselves.
GTA VI will be the hardest game Rockstar have ever made to earn money, but will have more things then ever to spend it on, including: - Businesses (that you can actually micromanage if you choose to, or you can forfeit much of the profits to hire a manager) - Vehicles (more vehicles on launch than any other Rockstar title) - Stock Market - Properties (houses can be purchased and the interiors completely customised) - Gambling - R&K’s empires (they’re a gamble. You have to spend money to make money and protect your business, lest you make a loss).
The map is reportedly the size of GTA V and RDR2 combined. It will consist of: - Vice City - Cottonmouth - Carcer City - Liberty State (without Alderney) - Lots of swamps and country surrounding Vice City - Unnamed South American wilderness and city
Near completion of the game, Kacey travels back to CC/LC. You cannot drive nor fly there yourself. Instead, you must go to the airport to fast travel to the other airports. If you attempt to travel there by plane, time will pass and you’ll quickly zoom to the city you’re trying to reach (it will look similar to when you switch characters).
Rose will be informed of all major crimes committed in or around VC by Ricardo or Kacey and will have to act accordingly to discretely aid their interests.
Other known side activities and mini games I’m aware of include: - Gambling - Golf - Tennis - Bowling - Strip Clubs - Cinemas - Car, weapon, clothing and property customization - A mini game where you piss and control the stream - There are even talks of a ‘hot coffee’ mini game being fully introduced
One last point: melee combat is said to be similar to RDR2, but the most complex, difficult and interesting of any R* title. Parkor elements have also been introduced.

Title: Wanted level mechanics
Content:
The police combat system has been fully revamped in GTA VI, including, but not limited to; dogs, tear gas, riot shields and advanced combat tactics.
There are a number of other police features, too. For example, the wanted level system has been altered and has reverted to a six star system. At a one star, police will attempt to pull you over or stop you in the street. These offences usually lead to a ticket rather than an arrest, though you can try and talk yourself out of a ticket using on screen prompts. At a two star, they will chase you but will not harm you. At a three star, they will attempt to arrest, but use deadly force if needed. At a four star, police will attempt to kill you. At a five star, police presence increases. At six stars, N.O.O.S.E. and the FIB become involved and attempt to take you down by any means necessary.
Outside of combat, police will set up perimeters for 6 hours after a serious crime has been committed and will attempt to question witnesses and suspects. Detectives can be seen piecing everything together. You may hear details of your crime on the radio or news via your TV. If you return to the crime scene, you will gain a one star (person of interest) and police will begin to question you. If you flee, you will gain another star. If you manage not to incriminate yourself, you will be thanked and their attention will turn elsewhere. When playing as Rose, you can be called out to crime scenes, even those committed by one of the playable characters.

Title: GTA VI Gameplay Features (and more)
Content:
• Dead bodies can be carried into trunks to conceal them. When stopped by the police, they may search your vehicle, and finding a dead body in your trunk will result in an immediate wanted level. Similar to GTA IV’s “Have a Heart”, taming damage to your vehicle may cause the trunk to pop open. If there is a dead body inside, it will be visible causing civilians to call the police or police to notice and cause a wanted level.
• Playing as Rose, you can order police responders away from a crime scene you have created, or call them for backup if you find yourself in a firefight.
• Rose can arrest or ticket civilians. Arresting a civilian will prompt you to order the civilian into a police car to drive them to the station. At the station, they can be seen in the cells for a period of time and may attempt to bribe or beg Rose for release. Ticketing a civilian will add their ticket value to the police budget. Rose can choose between a selection of ticket values based on the observed offence.
• The VCPD has a budget that works somewhat similarly to RDR2’s camp funds feature. It is not necessary to keep on top of the budget, but some features are limited or unavailable otherwise. Solving cases, issuing tickets and convicting criminals will boost the department’s budget. Hiring new officers, calling backup, committing crimes, purchasing supplies and replacing equipment will need to be manually assigned from the budget at Rose’s office.
• If you are seen speeding by Police officers, you will receive a one star wanted level. Pulling over will result in a ticket.
• Near the end game, Ricardo and Kacey form their own criminal organizations. Ricardo then mainly resides in South America and smuggles drugs back to Vice City. Kacey forms his own criminal empire in Carcer City & Liberty City. The direction of Kacey’s empire is more up to the player.
• As a drug lord, Ricardo must hire criminals into his cartel. These ‘employees’ can smuggle drugs for Ricardo or he can choose to do this himself. Should you assign your employees to do this for you, it will eat into your profits and comes with added risk, but you don’t need to spend your own time doing this and can make money passively. If you travel to the right locations, you can see Ricardo’s men smuggling contraband. Ricardo must buy the drugs, cut them down and smuggle them to Vice City. Each stage requires employees to carry out your operations.
• There are multiple active serial killers throughout the game that wk kill periodically throughout the story, leaving clues for Rose’s department. In game news outlets will speak on the ongoing cases.
• If Rose’s department manages to greatly reduce crime rates, residents of Vice City will be more likely to cooperate. However, if the public loses trust in the police, people will often refuse to cooperate, making Rose’s job much more difficult.
• There is an alternate ending where Rose is discovered for her affiliation with Ricardo and Kacey and is subsequently killed in a gunfight. I am unsure how each ending comes about.
• News broadcasts (TV and Radio) and newspapers (online and trash around the world) will often have information of your character’s crimes.
• Gangs occupy different territories. In Vice City, Rose can arrange sit downs with gang leaders to help keep the peace. The map can physically change in accordance with gang influence, with areas being gentrified or falling into slum
• Absent of cheats, players will have far less health than previous titles - little more than NPCs.
• Similar to RDR2, players can interact with NPCs around them.
• Cash will be far more difficult to obtain in this title. It’s very possible for players to end the main game broke.
• Players can play various sports, including; golf, tennis, table tennis and basketball.
• Weapons are kept when ammo runs out, but the player can choose to voluntarily throw their weapon away, similar to GTA IV.
• Scanning license plates in police vehicles reveals information on the driver, including: name, address, occupation, criminal history and if the suspect has a valid license.
• All NPC’s will be assigned a place of residence and occupation, and go about their day accordingly. Following an NPC could see them leave their house in the morning, drive to work, head to a red light district and go back home, for example. Because of this, rush hour will see the city streets flooded with cars, while the roads will be significantly less contested at night and during working hours.
• Known gangs include: Aztecas, Vagos, Colombian Cartel, Lobo Cartel, Madrazo Crime Family, Yardies, Broker Kings, Angels of Death MC, Skinheads (predominantly prison gang with some outside chapters), Korean Mob, Vasquez Crime Family, Russian Mafia, Triads, Ballas, The Tong Family, Amir Group, Jewish Mob.
• Niko Bellic is not a major character in GTA VI. Other returning characters include: Bricue Kibutz, Poppy Mitchell, Bruce Spade, “Little” Jacob (known only as Jacob Hughes in this title), Lacey Jonas, Roman Bellic, Miranda Cowan, “Gay” Tony Prince, Candy Suxxx (referenced), January Vasquez, Cloe Parker, Yusef Amuir, the Avon Crastenburg Family
• Michael Hollick is not returning.
• Neither Michael, Franklin, nor Trevor return.
• Celebrity life is a huge part of GTA VI.
• The world is fully fleshed out, with a far more expansive internet, a plethora of celebrities, interactive social media (Lifeinvader, Bleeter [players can set up their own Bleeter accounts and interact with each other online] and ChiSpy [Video sharing platform taking the world by storm]).
• Children do not feature predominantly in the game.
• The online element will be a separate title released after GTA VI.
•Nudity is prevalent.
• Rose is known to like lettuce.
• Online will have far more connectivity to the GTA VI story, and the storyline is created with online in mind.
