It's amazing how much the music fits with this drawing style and in particular Batman's face lol.

Yeah, it's a trilogy: Batmetal, Batmetal Returns, and this. They're all by the same animation studio, and all songs are Dethklok.
I think the initial joke was that Batman's voice sounds a lot like those growling death metal bands, so they made a joke animation with Dethklok, which is basically one huge parody anyway, and then it kinda went viral, and people were screaming for a sequel.
